Instead of sorting books purely by age or arbitrary reading levels, structure the library experience like a kite’s journey. Children progress through four distinct "Flight Paths" based on reading confidence, blending experiential learning principles with structured progression:

• Level 1: Wind Chasers (Ages 4–6): Focuses on phonics, interactive picture books, read-alouds, and sensory storytelling.
• Level 2: High Flyers (Ages 6–8): Focuses on early readers, sight words, and illustrated chapter books.
• Level 3: Cloud Surfers (Ages 8–9): Focuses on independent reading, fiction, non-fiction, and introductory comic/graphic novels.
• Level 4: Sky Captains (Age 10+): Focuses on advanced chapter books, critical thinking, book discussions, and creative writing.
